Flint Tools
Flint Mine
Stonehenge
Bronze Age Axes
Iron Age House - Celts
Celtic Chariot

Introduction. Before the Roman invasion of Britain about two thousand years ago, people left no written records of events in their lives. We call this very long period of time Prehistory.

Fortunately, there is a lot of other evidence about these people. We have many examples of the stone, bronze and iron tools they made. We know some of the places they built their homes and we have some clues about their religious beliefs.
